TissueQuest
Fluorescence image analysis for cell and tissue markers, including single-cell quantification and co-expression assessment.
Overview
TissueQuest is a fluorescence image analysis software developed by TissueGnostics, designed for biological and clinical research applications. It supports the analysis of fluorescent markers across a range of sample types, including tissue sections, tissue microarrays (TMAs), confluent cells, and smears. The software is available both as part of the TissueGnostics platform and as a standalone application.
TissueQuest offers three core analysis modes: cell-based analysis covering nucleus, cytoplasm, and membrane compartments; stained area analysis; and small dot detection, such as for FISH applications. Context-based analysis is supported through manual definition of regions of interest (ROIs), and TMA detection and analysis can be performed on imported files.
