Q Study

Q Study is a clinical trial study creation and management module offered by AscensionQ Trials (AQ Trials). It is designed to reduce the complexity and time involved in setting up a study from its protocol, addressing the ambiguity and frequent changes that typically accompany this process. The platform provides integrated tools for configuring, modifying, and updating multiple studies, and is suited to clinical research teams managing multi-site or multi-schedule trials.

The system is built around a core Study Manager that serves as the foundation for more advanced features and permission controls, with additional modules covering scheduling, participant communication, user access, and document management.

Study Management

• Set and send reminders for study appointments.
• Notify participants through the AQ mobile app.

User Management

• Centrally manage all users and roles within the platform.
• Assign study-specific and role-based access and feature permissions.
• Provide controlled, limited access to external users and organisations for remote monitoring purposes.

My Documents

• Provides a central training and document library.
• Supports uploading and managing personnel documents, including certifications.
• Connects the document library with the eISF module to view and monitor staff documents per study and access them remotely.

Q Study integrates with the AQ mobile app and the eISF module, supporting remote document access and participant notification. The platform is structured to accommodate external organisation access for remote monitoring, making it applicable to multi-site clinical trial environments.
