netScope Viewer
Whole slide imaging viewer for spatial biology with support for multiplexed microscopy formats from ZEISS, Aperio, Akoya, Leica, Roche, Philips, and others.
Overview
netScope Viewer is a whole slide imaging (WSI) viewer for Microsoft Windows, developed by Net-Base. It supports viewing, editing, and organising microscopy slides in a wide range of file formats used across digital pathology, including histopathology, veterinary, and fish pathology applications. The software was originally developed in response to requests from ZEISS Axio Scan users and continues to be shaped by ongoing customer input.
netScope Viewer is available as a standalone desktop application for Windows, with licensing options for individual users, students, and multi-seat installations. A cloud-based and server-hosted WebViewer is also available, allowing whole slide imaging data to be shared with colleagues or made accessible remotely, either within an organisation's own infrastructure or hosted by Net-Base.

The underlying philosophy of netScope is to open microscopy files directly with all channels, without requiring prior conversion. The software handles large data volumes and large slide files efficiently.
