GLIMS Genetics Module
Integrated genetic workflows covering conventional cytogenetics, molecular genetics, NGS, and tumor genetics with family management and automated decision-making.
Overview
The Clinisys GLIMS Genetics Module is a specialised extension of the Clinisys GLIMS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), designed to support integrated digital workflows across the full spectrum of genetic testing. By combining the strengths of a mature LIS with dedicated genetics functionality, it delivers an efficient, interoperable solution tailored to one of the fastest-evolving and most complex areas in healthcare. The module is suitable for both small laboratories and large multi-site networks, and can be deployed as a standalone solution or as part of the broader Clinisys GLIMS diagnostic LIS.
Developed in partnership with international clinical genetics laboratories, the Clinisys GLIMS Genetics Module is built to stay ahead of innovation and proactively address emerging requirements. Its flexible, configurable architecture ensures that workflows can be adapted to meet the specific needs of any genetics laboratory, including support for future technologies as they emerge.
