Mahalo's eConsent is a digital recruitment and electronic informed consent solution built into the Mahalo eClinical platform. It is designed for clinical research teams running decentralized or hybrid studies, covering the full participant journey from initial recruitment through screening and consent form completion, without reliance on paper-based processes.

The platform supports virtual study sites, allowing researchers to recruit participants from anywhere in the world rather than limiting recruitment to those near physical study locations. Targeted advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram can be used to reach potential participants, and recruitment can also be conducted through condition-specific digital communities.
