Cross Channel Publishing

Cross Channel Publishing is a capability within the Vodori platform designed for life science teams that need to distribute approved content to multiple internal and external channels from a single, controlled location. It addresses the operational burden of manually uploading assets to multiple destinations and keeping those assets current whenever content is revised or expires.

The core mechanism works by generating a persistent URL for each approved asset. This URL can be embedded in any channel, system, or website, and it always serves the latest approved version of the document. When an asset is updated or expires, the content at that URL automatically reflects the change, removing the need for teams to manually track and update every location where the asset is hosted.
