Compliance & CE, part of the MediaLab by Vastian platform, is a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed for clinical laboratories. It delivers, tracks, and documents lab compliance, safety training, and continuing education (CE) for laboratory professionals. The platform is used by over 5,000 facilities worldwide and supports more than 1.1 million professionals across a range of laboratory disciplines.

The system is built to help laboratories meet regulatory and accreditation requirements, including CAP standard GEN.54200 and state license and certification renewals. It supports CE requirements for certifications such as ASCP CMP and state licensure, with courses approved through the ASCLS P.A.C.E® program and recognized by ASCP, AMT, and all licensure states.

Compliance & CE is a cloud-based solution with no reported requirement for user training to begin use. It is part of the broader MediaLab by Vastian suite, which also includes tools for policy and documentation management, competency management, incident and event management, inspection preparedness, and other laboratory operations functions.
