Cliquid

Cliquid software is a routine screening and quantitation tool designed to work in conjunction with Analyst software version 1.5.2 or higher, providing a four-step LC-MS/MS workflow. It is compatible with any QTRAP system or triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS system and is intended for laboratories performing food, environmental, forensic, and clinical research analysis. The software does not include pre-configured tests by default, but a range of pre-configured iMethod applications — including libraries and MRM catalogues — are available separately through the iMethod Application Center.

Version 3.2 and later introduces bi-directional LIMS and LIS interfacing, barcode reading for chain of custody workflows, and the ability to release results directly from the software to a connected LIMS or LIS. Samples where barcodes do not match expected values are flagged in red with a descriptive message, supporting greater confidence in results. These capabilities are available on SCIEX Triple Quad and QTRAP systems.
