Overview

ROSALIND® is a cloud-based discovery platform and data hub purpose-built for researchers, biologists, and life scientists who want to perform advanced bioinformatics analysis without writing a single line of code. By transforming raw next-generation sequencing (NGS) data into rich, interactive visualizations and actionable insights, ROSALIND enables same-day results and restores the thrill of discovery. Thousands of scientists across more than 60 countries trust the platform with their valuable research across pharma, biotech, academic, and clinical settings.

At its core, ROSALIND positions itself as the Intelligence Platform for scientists — democratizing access to bioinformatics so that insight is never gated behind consulting hours, coding skills, or lengthy pipelines. The platform connects every stage of NGS data analysis end-to-end, from experiment design and quality control through pathway exploration and meta-analysis, all within a single unified environment.
