ZTRON Appliance

The ZTRON Appliance is a comprehensive data platform designed by MGI to support high-throughput sequencers. It integrates a laboratory information management system (LIMS), a bioinformatics accelerator, and high-performance genetic data storage. This platform is versatile, suitable for deployment directly in laboratories or traditional data centers, and can be independently deployed and easily scaled.

Key features of the ZTRON Appliance include high performance, with analysis speeds up to 60 times faster and delivery capacity twice as fast. It offers large file storage acceleration and is designed with high security in mind, supporting offline deployment, standalone networks, and GDPR compliance. The platform is highly intelligent, featuring automated processes, flexible expansion, and bioinformatics capabilities enhanced by deep learning.

In terms of availability, the ZTRON Appliance provides redundant protection, software fault tolerance, and no single point of failure. It is also cost-effective, saving space, reducing IT maintenance costs, and optimizing storage through compression.

• High Performance Genetic Data Storage: Offers 500 TB to 1 PB of available space per unit, scalable to 100 PB, with aggregated storage throughput up to 7 Gb/s. It features automatic data management and a high availability design.
• Laboratory Information Management System: Provides full life cycle traceability of samples, intuitive dashboards, remote monitoring, and data quality monitoring during sequencing.

The ZTRON Appliance is available in two standard models, ZTRON Lite and ZTRON Pro, recommended for use with DNBSEQ-T7 and DNBSEQ-T20x2 sequencers, respectively. It supports customization and expansion to meet specific needs.
