The ZLIMS COVID module integrates various devices, including automated sample transfer systems (MGISTP-3000 and MGISTP-7000), an automated sample preparation system (MGISP-960), and a nucleic acid extractor (MGISP-NE384), along with several PCR devices. It automates the evaluation of test results based on reagent kit types, requiring minimal user interaction.
The platform supports third-party device integration and mainstream qPCR devices, offering an open nucleic acid sample collection interface. This interface allows LIMS to access detailed sample information, enhancing data service capabilities.
