Visit Scheduler

Visit Scheduler is a module from Dacima Software designed to support automatic scheduling of follow-up visits for study subjects. It is intended for clinical research sites managing subject visit coordination within structured study protocols.

Automatic Scheduling

• Projects visit dates based on the study protocol.
• Allows users to confirm a projected visit as scheduled or modify it as needed.
• Displays an acceptable visit date window using a built-in date range.
• Shows warnings for visits scheduled outside the acceptable date range.

Calendar Views and Task Management

• Offers monthly, weekly, and daily calendar views for a site or a specific subject.
• Includes a built-in task list to help coordinate and manage subject visits.
• Provides a warning list indicating when a scheduled or completed visit date falls outside the acceptable projected date range.
• Supports scheduling of ad-hoc appointments that are not part of the study's standard visit structure.

Custom Configuration

• Allows access to a subject's complete visit schedule along with a list of completed forms.
• Provides access to subject communications logs, including email, SMS, and phone call records.
• Enables sending emails to subjects using predefined templates.

Hybrid Visit Structures

• Supports hybrid study designs that combine fixed visit structures with additional dynamic visits.
• Allows unscheduled or other non-standard visits to be added to a fixed visit structure.
