TRUarchive™ is an archiving solution developed by Valiance Partners, designed to help life sciences organizations meet GxP archiving requirements as part of their Quality Management System (QMS) strategy. How TRUarchive Works

1. Configure: Mappings and archive criteria are easily defined using the TRUarchive configuration console interface, allowing teams to set up the archiving process according to their specific data and organizational requirements.
2. Archive: TRUarchive extracts historical content and metadata from one or more source repositories, converts documents to PDF as needed, and loads the transformed objects into an archive file share, database, or application.
3. Delete: If required, TRUarchive deletes the historical records and documents that have been successfully migrated to the archival system, ensuring a clean and compliant decommissioning process.
