Overview
Timesheets and Project Tracking is a module within the Laby laboratory management platform designed to help research and development teams record, consolidate, and justify time spent on projects. It is aimed at laboratories and R&D organisations that need to account for personnel hours for internal management purposes as well as for administrative declarations such as CII (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation), CIR (Crédit Impôt Recherche), JEI (Jeune Entreprise Innovante) status, or subsidy justification.
The tool provides a structured way to track working time by person, team, project, and activity, and to generate the supporting documentation required to justify eligible personnel expenses on R&D projects.
Time Entry and Tracking
- Customised dashboard for timesheet entry by individual users
