Strand Life Sciences offers genomics software application development services for companies building omics software to manage and analyze data and metadata across omics modalities. The services target US-based diagnostics, instrument, and reagent companies, as well as organizations requiring custom bioinformatics tools for internal use or regulated diagnostic applications.

StrandNGS is Strand's integrated platform for NGS secondary analysis, management, and visualization, used internally to support approximately 10,000 tests per annum alongside StrandOmics, which handles variant classification and interpretation for tertiary analysis. Together, these platforms support somatic, inherited cancer risk, and rare disease exome panels.
