SpeakerView is a custom portal designed for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Speaker programs. It gives individual KOL Speakers direct access to their own profile and program information, while providing managing Planners with a consolidated view of their full Speaker roster.

Speaker Profile and Contracts

• Each KOL Speaker has a complete profile containing their CV, current contracts, and records of specific training course completions.
• Planners can review and manage contract details for each Speaker within the platform.

Program Scheduling

• Speakers are provided with a real-time calendar view displaying all of their upcoming and current program engagements.
• This allows Speakers to stay organised and informed about their scheduled commitments at any time.

Presentation Management

• Through the Presentation Manager feature, Speakers can assemble approved content modules into complete slide decks.
• Content is drawn from pre-approved modules, supporting compliance with presentation guidelines.

Expense and Honoraria Management

• The platform includes integrated contract logic to facilitate the management of honoraria payments.
• Speakers can submit and manage expense claims directly within the portal.

KOL Wellness and Feedback

• Real-time surveys allow Speakers to share their perspectives on completed programs.
• This feedback mechanism supports ongoing monitoring of Speaker experience and engagement.
