Site CTMS

CRIO Site CTMS is a clinical trial management system built for research sites, designed to work alongside CRIO's eSource platform. It covers the operational needs of a clinical trial site, from patient recruitment and financial management to medical records retrieval and patient payments. The system is available to sites in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union.

The platform is intended to increase operational efficiency and data quality by consolidating site workflows into a single integrated environment, reducing reliance on manual processes and disconnected tools.

Patient Recruitment

• Manage a patient database and search for patients that meet feasibility criteria for specific studies.
• Automatically receive website leads directly into the system.
• Make calls and send texts from within the platform to move patients through the recruitment funnel.
• Conduct phone screenings using interactive patient questionnaires.
• Book patients for prescreening visits or studies.
• Supports integration with existing third-party patient recruitment vendors.

Finance Management

• Set visit-level or procedure-level receivables, patient stipends, and payables across different currencies.
• Generate and automatically track invoices and payment vouchers.
• Record and reconcile sponsor reimbursements.
• Supports generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.

Medical Records API

• Provides an EHR-to-eSource data pipeline for retrieving patient records and insights without handwritten medical releases, faxing, or multiple follow-up calls.
• Supports principal investigator (PI) oversight and patient safety monitoring during eligibility screening.
• Consolidates medical health data including labs, insurance information, and social determinants of health (SDOH) data from across most U.S. healthcare systems.

Patient Stipends

• Delivers patient payments via cash cards through an integration with Dash Solutions.
• Allows configuration of stipend amounts and issuance of prepayments within a single system.
• Supports generation of 1099 year-end reporting.

Additional Capabilities

• eConsent: Automates informed consent form (ICF) management through integration with CRIO's eSource platform.
• Reporting: Provides customizable data reporting and query capabilities for site operations.

CRIO Site CTMS integrates directly with the CRIO eSource solution, and supports connections to external recruitment vendors and payment providers. The platform is available across multiple geographic regions and is designed to support compliance with GAAP financial reporting standards.
