Overview
Simplab is a Quality and Laboratory Information Management System (QLIMS) developed by Simploud and built on the Salesforce platform. It is the first solution of its kind to seamlessly integrate lab and quality activities under a single unified system, eliminating the need for separate tools or time-consuming integrations. Simplab is designed for life sciences organisations across industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, CDMO/CMO/CRO, medical cannabis, digital health, and universities, among others.
At its core, Simplab allows teams to update product specifications and assays within a shared master data environment, so all changes are instantly reflected across the system. Every record carries its own customised workflow — including statuses, actions, and approval roles — and can be linked to related records for a consolidated view of all lab and quality activities.
