Recipe and Batch Preparation

The module allows laboratory teams to define recipes in detail, plan production runs, generate preparation guides automatically, and maintain full traceability of items and batches — whether produced for internal use or for sale.

Recipe Creation

• Add products to the inventory and associate a recipe with each, including steps, ingredients, equipment, and conditions.
• List the steps and best practices required to complete a recipe.
• Detail the ingredients and quantities used during preparation.
• Specify the equipment involved in the development of the recipe.
• Define the conditions to be respected, such as time, temperature, and pressure.
• Attach documents relevant to the manufacture and follow-up of a finished product.

Production Planning and Reporting

• Plan and monitor the progress of productions through to their completion and the creation of batches in inventory.

• Automatically generate a step-by-step guide from preparation to packaging, scaled according to the quantity to be produced.
