Portals is a sales enablement module within the Vodori platform, designed for life science teams that need to provide controlled, role-appropriate access to approved promotional and medical content. It addresses common field challenges such as sales representatives storing outdated content locally on devices, or marketing teams repeatedly fielding questions about where approved materials are located. Portals is suited for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, nutrition, and animal health organizations of varying sizes, and supports both internal users and external partners such as distributors.

The module ensures that users always access the latest approved versions of materials, while automatically removing expired content from view. Access can be scoped by role, geography, department, or other metadata, giving organizations control over what each audience sees without requiring manual intervention each time content changes.
