PeakTrace Online Pro
DNA basecalling for ABI 377, 310, 3700, 3100, 3130, 3730 & 3500 sequencers.
Overview
PeakTrace Online Pro is a web-based DNA sequencing basecalling service developed by Nucleics. It supports data from ABI 377, 310, 3700, 3100, 3130, 3730, and 3500 DNA sequencers. The service replaces the earlier free PeakTrace Online offering and is intended for new users who want to evaluate or use the PeakTrace basecalling technology.
New users can register to access PeakTrace Online Pro at no cost for a trial period. Registration requires submitting a name, institutional or company email address, organisation name, and approximate yearly sequencing volume. Upon registration, Nucleics emails a password to access the service. The free trial allows processing of up to 250 traces per day.
