Overview
MultiQuant software is a mass spectrometry quantification tool developed by SCIEX for processing and quantifying large batches of data from both large and small molecule analyses. It is compatible with all SCIEX QTRAP, triple quadrupole, and TripleTOF LC/MS/MS systems and is designed for use in both regulated and non-regulated laboratory environments. The software targets analysts across a range of fields and experience levels, with a focus on reducing data processing time and improving throughput.
The software processes MRM, UV, ADC, and full scan data for quantitation, making it applicable to a broad range of workflows including protein and peptide quantitation, forensic panels, food contaminant analysis, and bioanalytical assays with hundreds or thousands of analytes.
