Modules Suite
Modular clinical trial management with AI-assisted protocol setup, real-time analytics, automation, and drug tracking—plug-and-play modules on a unified data core.
Overview
Trialize Modules Suite is a clinical trial management platform built around ten independent, plug-and-play modules that share a single secure data core. It is designed for clinical operations teams who want to adopt only the functionality they need — starting with one or two modules and expanding over time — without triggering re-validation cycles when new modules are added.
All modules can operate independently or in combination with one another. The shared data core means that data entered or generated in one module is accessible across the others, and enabling or disabling a module mid-study does not require a full re-validation process.
Available Modules
- AI Study Wizard: Accepts a protocol upload and generates a validated CRF set within minutes.
- Analytics: Displays live KPIs, risk indicators, and enrolment data on a single screen.
- Automate: Handles queries, alerts, and workflow hand-offs without manual intervention.
- Data Hub: Provides a central data warehouse with Git-style version history for audit and traceability.
- QMS & Training: Tracks SOPs, CAPA actions, and training certificates automatically.
- RTSM: Supports forecasting, shipping, and reconciliation of investigational medicinal product.
- AI Medical Coder: Maps verbatim terms to MedDRA and WHODrug dictionaries in real time.
- ePRO & TeleConsent: Supports remote screening, electronic informed consent, and patient-reported outcome capture.
- Milestones & Tasks: Combines Gantt and Kanban views to track study deliverables and timelines.
- Support Centre: Provides 24/7 helpdesk access for site staff and patients.
Platform Architecture and Implementation
- All ten modules are built on a shared, secure data core, allowing data consistency across functions without duplication.
- Modules are described as plug-and-play, meaning individual modules can be activated with a single step.
- Adding a new module does not force a new validation cycle, which reduces the administrative burden of expanding the platform during an ongoing study.
- Modules can be turned off mid-study without disrupting the broader platform.
- The platform supports integration with existing EDC systems, allowing teams to connect Trialize modules to their current data capture infrastructure.
Deployment and Usage Flexibility
- Teams are not required to adopt all ten modules; the platform is designed to support partial adoption based on operational need.
- The modular structure allows organisations to start with a limited configuration and scale up incrementally.
- The full suite can be run together for end-to-end clinical trial management, covering study setup, data management, quality, supply, patient engagement, and project tracking.
Trialize is positioned for clinical operations teams seeking to consolidate trial management functions within a single validated platform while retaining the flexibility to configure only the modules relevant to their current studies.
