IngestIQ

IngestIQ is a self-service, GxP-validated data migration tool developed by Arkivum. It is designed to automatically prepare supported datasets for archival into the Arkivum system, enabling organisations to manage large-scale data migrations internally with a reliable and repeatable process. The tool is available as an optional add-on to Arkivum's standard archiving and preservation solution and is intended for existing Arkivum customers who want to handle data migration in-house rather than relying on external services.

Many organisations hold large volumes of legacy and archive-ready data spread across multiple systems. IngestIQ addresses the effort and risk typically associated with consolidating this data into a single long-term archive. It operates as a programmatic script — not an AI system — and processes data entirely within the Arkivum environment, meaning no data is passed to any third party.

Validation and Security

• IngestIQ is fully validated as part of the Arkivum solution and undergoes the same validation process as the broader platform; results and benchmarking data are available on request.
• Data processed through IngestIQ remains within the Arkivum solution and is not shared with any external party.
• Security and data handling follow Arkivum's established policies and validation standards.

Availability and Pricing

• IngestIQ is an optional extra to Arkivum's core archiving solution, not included as standard.
