Greenphire Travel
Travel arrangement and logistics management for clinical trial patients, eliminating out-of-pocket costs and administrative burden for sites.
Overview
Greenphire Travel is a patient travel management solution for global clinical trials, offered by Suvoda. It is designed for sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial sites that need to reduce the logistical and financial burden of travel on patients and caregivers. The platform handles end-to-end travel arrangement and coordination, with the goal of improving participant retention and reducing site administrative workload.
Patients frequently identify travel planning as the primary burden of trial participation. Sites are often required to act as travel agents, booking itineraries and accommodations on top of their clinical responsibilities. Greenphire Travel addresses this by assigning travel management to a dedicated team, covering more than 50 countries, with over 90 concierge coordinators operating across 40+ countries. All travel costs are funded upfront by the sponsor, resulting in zero out-of-pocket expenses for patients, caregivers, and sites.
