Overview
Decode Health is an HL7 interface engine developed by Folio3 Digital Health that functions as middleware for healthcare system integration. It standardizes and routes clinical data across disparate systems — including EHRs, LIS, HIS, RIS, CRMs, and others — by converting different data types into consistent, interoperable formats. The platform is designed for healthcare organizations of varying sizes, from hospitals and specialized clinics to pharma companies, public health organizations, and healthcare startups.
The platform addresses common interoperability challenges such as fragmented medical records scattered across EHRs, labs, and imaging systems; conflicting data formats causing mismatches between systems; growing integration complexity as organizations add partners and platforms; and legacy systems that were not built for modern data sharing.

Message Handling Workflow
