Auto PeakTrace RP

Auto PeakTrace 6 RP is a Windows-based application developed by Nucleics for improving DNA sequencing traces from ABI instruments including the 377, 310, 3700, 3100, 3130, 3500, and 3730 series. It is the remote processing version of the PeakTrace basecalling software, designed for smaller-scale users who require offsite server-based processing rather than a local standalone system.

Auto PeakTrace 6 RP delivers the same processing control and performance as the standalone PeakTrace:Box systems, with the exception of QualTrace III, Trace Reports, and the TraceTuner basecaller. Processing is handled via an offsite server, and the software runs on Windows versions XP, Vista, Win7, Win8, and Win10.
