ZTRON Pro and ZTRON Lite are systems designed to enhance the capabilities of DNBSEQ high-throughput sequencers by providing fast and locally-controlled data analysis. These systems integrate laboratory information management systems (LIMS) with bioinformatics accelerators and high-performance data storage solutions.

ZTRON Lite

ZTRON Lite offers automatic and seamless generation of FASTQ files. It utilizes a fast optical fiber connection to upload raw data from DNBSEQ-T7 and converts it to FASTQ files automatically.

ZTRON Pro

ZTRON Pro is designed for high performance and flexibility, integrating LIMS, bioinformatics accelerators, and high-performance genetic data storage. It is suitable for laboratories and traditional data centers, complying with GDPR regulations. The system features high-performance computing clusters and embedded GPU+FPGA accelerators, providing rapid results and reducing IT maintenance costs. It offers substantial storage options with 500TB or 1PB available space and aggregated storage speeds up to 7GB/s.

ZTRON Pro vs ZTRON Lite
