The system offers point-and-click configuration for multiple forms or department business areas within a single database, allowing for an unlimited number of custom fields and user roles.

The workflow management feature permits the definition of workflows for each role, form, and project, simplifying the validation of data and processes. Reporting capabilities are extensive, enabling the creation and storage of public or personal reports in various formats, such as Column, Summary, Matrix, Dashboard, Aging, Container, Planning, and Custom reports. These reports can also be exported to browser, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, or text formats.

Changes to any form or field are recorded in a comprehensive audit trail, time-stamped, and annotated with user details.
