The software supports various types of training, such as regulatory compliance training, SOP training, and skills development programs. It allows organizations to schedule, track, and manage all types of training to ensure employees meet required qualifications for their roles. Three types of training are supported: user-assigned (with optional assessments), trainer signoff, and certification (requiring both user and trainer signoff). General Training Items can also be created to support non-QMS training, such as HR-related training and external URL support.

By monitoring and measuring training effectiveness through completion rates, test results, and user feedback, the software generates reports to evaluate how well employees have understood and applied the training.
