SlideQC BF is seamlessly deployed and fully integrated within HALO AP®, an AI-powered platform designed for anatomic pathology workflows. This integration allows for enhanced automation and efficiency in pathology labs.

Advanced Workflow Features

Within the HALO AP® platform, SlideQC BF automatically tags cases containing slides that meet or exceed a laboratory-defined artifact threshold. These cases are then triaged into separate worklists, enabling automated quality control workflows before the pathologist receives the case.

Customizable Artifact Thresholds

SlideQC BF allows labs to customize artifact detection thresholds, tailoring the quality control process to specific needs. Slides with artifacts below the threshold can have affected areas excluded from further analysis or be directed to specific worklists for review within HALO AP®.

Regulatory Compliance

SlideQC BF is intended for quality control of whole slide images and is not regulated as a medical device in the EU/UK. It is for Research Use Only in the USA and is not FDA cleared for clinical diagnostic use. HALO AP® is CE-IVDR marked for in-vitro diagnostic use in Europe, the UK, and Switzerland, and provides compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GDPR.
