Genedata Screener® is a comprehensive analysis solution designed to be scalable and easy to configure, catering to the specific needs of various organizations. The deployment of Genedata Screener is straightforward, typically requiring just a few hours. It can be installed by simply unzipping a file on a central server. Genedata Screener is compatible with numerous industry-standard instruments, facilitating the import of numerical data from various plate-based instruments, regardless of the plate format or the number of features per well. It supports time- or temperature-series data and cellular feature vectors, such as those from flow cytometry or high content screening (HCS) assays. Data import is managed through Python or Java-based APIs, which parse raw data and metadata for integration into the Genedata Screener workflow.
