With out-of-the-box key performance indicators, users can quickly identify areas for improvement. The software offers streamlined overdue task management, allowing users to see what tasks are late and why, and to visualize these over time, including late sign-offs, actions, and training.
Trend analytics help users extract necessary data and insights with ease, enabling them to track progress and identify patterns to enhance efficiency and performance. The software also allows for the analysis of specific quality processes, addressing issues related to CAPAs, documents, training, events, audits, and change control through detailed graphs.
Users can compare their performance against industry standards using benchmarks to determine areas for improvement or to set higher goals. Data can be exported in CSV format for compatibility with external analysis tools, and insights can be customized through data drill-down and filtering, with options to view data on a quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
Security is a priority, with all data encrypted both in transit and at rest. The platform operates on Amazon AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with various regulations and providing separate databases for each client. This setup includes three environments (TEST, VAL, and PROD) for each client, ensuring data segregation.
User access to KPI reports can be managed through the Groups functionality, allowing control over which users can access specific reports and modules. The platform supports four user types: administrators, managers, regular users, and read-only users, with varying levels of access and functionality.
