PepSlide offers a comprehensive suite of user-friendly tools specifically for peptide microarray applications. It includes functionalities for both design and analysis, making it a versatile tool for researchers working with peptide arrays.

PepSlide Analyzer

The analysis component of PepSlide supports microarray image analysis and data quantification. It excels in providing specialized analyses for peptide array applications, including tasks like epitope mapping and optimizing peptide characteristics.

PepSlide Designer

The design aspect of the software facilitates the creation of peptide libraries and features a graphical array editor. This tool is accessible from the Manuals & Installers section and is free to download and use without requiring a serial number.

With ongoing enhancements, PepSlide Analyzer has been integrated into Spotxel® Microarray from version 3.6 onwards. This integration includes capabilities for loading, viewing, aligning, and quantifying arrays stored as PepSlide Designer files (PSF) (*.psf), featuring batch processing.
