Overview

The Next-Generation Metabolomics platform identifies over 2.8X more compounds than legacy approaches. It utilizes state-of-the-art liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry assays and a true untargeted approach to data processing, offering the highest quality and most interpretable metabolomics data. The platform detects metabolite signals independent of a reference library, allowing for the measurement of novel compounds and increased metabolome coverage. The computational pipeline analyzes raw LC/MS data for all real metabolite signals and identifies them by matching against comprehensive small molecule databases, providing an unbiased and global view of metabolism.
