Overview
MintFDI is a scalable platform designed for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications. It has been implemented in over 100 manufacturing plants across various industries, including consumer packaged goods, food and beverages, life sciences, chemicals, and automotive sectors.
This platform is capable of collecting data from leading Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and can interface with cloud solutions such as Azure and AWS. Additionally, MintFDI supports integration with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Micro Strategy.

- Production Efficiency Solutions: Features include automatic capture of machine downtimes directly from machine controllers, real-time machine-wise Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and on-demand information access via web and mobile.
- Product Quality & Genealogy: Offers electronic batch records with raw material traceability, e-kitting, statistical process control for quality parameters, online data logging as per PCRO standards, vision inspection, live data analytics, and real-time notifications for quality issues.
- Plant Utilities Performance: Provides online monitoring of utilities data, consumption reports per unit produced, and analytics for critical utilities parameters with notifications for irregular usage.
- Logistics: Includes just-in-time lineside material pull, warehouse and factory store inventory management, and material transfer information with location tracking.
