Manta

Manta is a nucleic acid extraction device that automates the sample preparation process. It uses pre-filled cartridges with magnetic rods to perform lysis, binding, washing, and elution steps. The system offers a choice in the last step to elute either in the same cartridge or a separate barcoded tube, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination and keeping the extracted nucleic acid intact.
