To access the platform, begin by navigating to the website using your preferred browser. You can either sign up for a free trial account by clicking 'SIGN-UP' or log in if you already have an account by selecting 'LOG IN' at the top right corner.

How to Sign Up

Signing up involves a two-step process:

1. Registration Form: Click 'SIGN-UP' to create an account. Fill out the registration form by entering your name, surname, email address, selecting your role from a menu, and specifying your organization. Create a password between 8 and 40 characters. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click 'SIGN UP'.
2. Email Verification: After registration, you will receive an email with the subject 'JADBio Email Verification'. If not received, check your spam folder or click 'RESEND VERIFICATION EMAIL'. Verify your email by clicking the link in the email to activate your account. Once activated, you can sign in and start using the platform.

How to Sign In

To sign in, complete the sign-in form by entering your registered email or username and your password, then click 'SIGN IN'. If you forgot your password, click 'FORGOT PASSWORD' to reset it.

Resetting Your Password

Resetting your password involves three steps:

1. Forgot Password: Enter your email address and click 'FORGOT PASSWORD'.
2. Receive Password Link: You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link within 30 minutes to reset your password. If not received, check your spam folder or click 'RESEND LINK'.
3. Reset Password: Complete the reset password dialog by creating a new password between 8 and 40 characters, confirm it, and click 'SUBMIT'. You can then sign in to your account.
