Hektar
Generative design studies tailored for specific projects, offering custom solutions and integration with existing processes.
Overview
Hektar Case-by-Case provides customized generative design studies tailored to specific projects on a consultancy basis. By integrating your unique requirements into the Hektar framework, it ensures that your team has access to critical business KPIs within a month at a fixed price.
The process begins with a startup phase, which includes an introduction to Hektar, a review of requirements, and an assessment of property boundaries. This is followed by design reviews, where scenarios are analyzed, and feedback sessions are conducted. The final delivery includes a presentation of three scenarios, with both PDF and 3DM file formats provided.
For those without predefined units, blocks, or volumes, Hektar Pro offers the ability to explore generative design using its default library. The platform supports various project types, allowing users to submit inquiries, bug reports, feature requests, and more.
How it works:
Proof of Concept
This phase involves 100-150 hours of effort at a prime cost of 5000 €. It focuses on establishing a standardized system within Hektar, with weekly meetings for feedback and scope solidification. Benefits include exploring custom typologies, establishing a relationship with the development team, and gaining priority in feedback and feature trials.
Full Customization
This phase spans 3-7 months, with costs to be determined. It involves adding custom buildings and KPIs, and developing connections for automated construction drawings. The benefits include solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing processes and add clear value to technical operations.
Usage & Scale up
This phase focuses on generating projects quickly using standardized buildings, with maintenance and license fees to be determined. Benefits include improved speed in land acquisition, reduced manual design involvement, and premium support.
