Overview

Crystal Miner Software is an intuitive digital PCR analysis application. It enables the identification of positive and negative droplets across multiple fluorescence channels to measure targeted nucleic acid concentrations. This software enhances the analysis of complex, multiplex assays through its intuitive visual capabilities.

The unique 'Explore Crystal' feature allows users to link any data point in a dot plot to its corresponding droplet in the Droplet Crystal, offering comprehensive insight into assay performance. This functionality provides a detailed view on quality control through visualized dot plots, supporting informed analysis decisions.

Crystal Miner supports visualization in 1D, 2D, and 3D dot plots and allows access to raw data, facilitating the export of experimental details and results in various formats such as .csv, .xlsx, .png, and .yaml. Users can take advantage of both automatic and manual threshold and compensation matrix options.

Heatmap Visualization

The heatmap visualization tool assists in the analysis of 2D zones, representing droplet density variations in fluorescence populations. A color gradient from light grey to red highlights droplet densities, enabling detailed differentiation of population densities. Users can adjust the color scale to emphasize lower density areas typically masked by denser negative populations.

The naica® system Pro software facilitates compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, supporting electronic record-keeping and electronic signatures to enhance data management efficiency. It includes the naica® Data Service for user account management, naica® Reader Pro for image acquisition, and naica® Analysis Pro for data analysis, ensuring compliance and secure data operations. This system supports the Crystal Digital PCR™ workflow and is intended for research use only.
