The tool is designed to reduce production delays, limit unnecessary travel costs, and facilitate faster decision-making by connecting operators with the right people at the right time — whether for troubleshooting, supervisory sign-off, or vendor coordination.

Access and Device Options

• Web: Users can log in remotely for video conferencing with collaboration aids including live drawing, augmented reality arrows, and laser pointers.
• Mobile: The same web-based features are accessible from an iPad for use while on the go.
• Headset: A wearable headset with a video camera provides collaborators with a first-person, close-up view of equipment and instruments, allowing hands-free participation on the production floor.
