The platform delivers a training management program covering courseware, course curricula, course catalogs and content, instructor and student records, course certification records, missed class alerts, early warnings, course schedules, and exception reporting.

  • User Interface: Designed to be intuitive for training administrators, supporting both standard reports and ad hoc data analysis views.
  • Periodic Reports: Produced by the Training Campus administrator to help identify gaps in training across the organization.
  • Master Employee Directory: All company employees are loaded from the company's email address book, with employee IDs used as the basis for indexing and lookups within the system.
  • EDMS Interface: Training Campus can be interfaced with an Electronic Document Management System to automatically notify employees when quality documents change or are newly published.
  • Email Alerts: Automated notifications sent to employees and their managers regarding scheduled training, retraining requirements, or missed training events.
  • Flagged Employee Records: Employee records are flagged for training based on requirements defined in a Needs Assessment tab within each employee's profile, including training events and frequency such as annual or semiannual requirements.
  • Required Reading Documents: Training administrators can verify that employees have read new revisions of SOPs that do not require additional training. The system captures which documents have been read and by whom, and logs email notifications accordingly.
  • Training Course Calendar: A calendar view and report lists currently scheduled courses.
  • Complete Curriculum Management: Supports management of full course curricula across the organization.
  • Automatic Course Scheduling: Courses can be scheduled automatically based on job description.
  • Course Testing and Certifications: The system provides functionality for course testing and the issuance of certifications.
