Platform Policies and Support

• User data is not used to fine-tune or improve models; data is only accessed by the team if support debugging is required
• Only successfully completed jobs are deducted from a user's computing balance — failed jobs do not count against usage
• Monthly computing allowances and job runs are refreshed each month
• Engineers are automatically notified when a job fails and proactively reach out to users with resolution guidance
