Cardiometabolic Disease Cohorts

• NASH / ALD: 13,900 total patients (10,900 SNP; 6,000 WGS). Features multi-year longitudinal liver function data including NFS and FIB-4 scores to characterise rates of liver fibrosis progression.
• Heart Failure: 12,200 total patients (8,900 SNP; 3,350 WGS). Includes HFpEF and HFrEF classifications supported by detailed echocardiography and BNP measurements, with longitudinal ECHO and BNP data to quantify heart failure progression.
• Diabetic Nephropathy: 4,000 total patients (4,000 SNP; 600 WGS). Provides up to 50 eGFR measurements per patient over 6–10 years, enabling precise estimation of renal dysfunction progression.

Central Nervous System Disease Cohorts

• Multiple Sclerosis: 14,000 total patients (13,900 SNP; 9,000 WGS). Cohort is enriched for progressive MS and represents the largest MS population with whole genome sequencing, featuring detailed severity and progression measures.
• Alzheimer's Disease: 4,500 total patients (600 SNP; 50 WGS). Longitudinal monitoring tracks cognitive measures, activities of daily living (ADL), and neuropsychological function.
• Parkinson's Disease: 5,900 total patients (1,000 SNP; 750 WGS). Longitudinal monitoring tracks disease progression via multi-timepoint UPDRS, alongside cognitive status (MMSE) and medication burden (LEDD).

Inflammatory Disease Cohorts

• SLE / Lupus Nephritis: 6,000 total patients (2,500 SNP; 1,000 WGS). Includes extensive eGFR timepoints and renal biomarker data to assess disease progression and identify poor outcomes.
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease: 5,000 total patients (4,900 SNP; 4,600 WGS). Provides comprehensive treatment histories paired with clearly defined severity subtypes for both Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
