Overview
PERFETTO ERP (also marketed as MR KnowIT) is a pharmaceutical ERP and distribution management software designed for C&A agents, C&F agents, distributors, stockists, and super-stockists. It covers core business operations including sales, purchase, inventory, re-order management, financial accounting, MIS and GST reporting, claims, and returns. The software is also suited to retailers and wholesalers operating in the pharmaceutical industry, and includes a CRM module to support customer relationship management and business growth.
MR KnowIT is available as a cloud-based SaaS solution requiring no on-site infrastructure, as well as an offline desktop version. It integrates with MRR (MR Reporting software) to support field sales teams and can also be sold as a standalone product.
