PepSlide

PepSlide is a peptide microarray design and analysis software suite offering intuitive, user-friendly tools tailored specifically for peptide microarray applications. It is designed for researchers working with peptide arrays who require robust solutions for both array design and downstream data analysis, including epitope mapping, peptide characterization, and peptide optimization workflows.

The PepSlide suite comprises two core components: PepSlide Analyzer, focused on microarray image analysis and data quantification, and PepSlide Designer, a dedicated tool for peptide library design featuring a graphical array editor.

• Spotxel® Microarray serves as the actively maintained platform for microarray image and data analysis going forward

PepSlide Designer is freely available for download from the Manuals & Installers section without requiring a serial number. Supporting documentation includes user guides and quick start guides for both PepSlide Analyzer and PepSlide Designer, as well as a Windows installer for PepSlide Designer.
