Mindpeak Prostate H&E

Mindpeak Prostate H&E is a stand-alone software module developed by Mindpeak GmbH for the automated image analysis of digital histopathology images of prostate tissue samples. It is designed to analyze digitized prostate needle biopsy images, identifying areas suspicious for cancer and grading malignancies according to the Gleason scoring system. The module is intended for Research Use Only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.

The tool is built using artificial intelligence and deep learning to assist cancer experts in producing reliable and reproducible analyses, reducing the burden of repetitive quantification tasks and allowing pathologists to focus on areas requiring human expertise. Explainable AI (xAI) outputs are provided to support pathologist trust in the results.

Workflow Steps

1. Access or select a digitized H&E-stained image and submit it for automated analysis.
2. View the analysis results for the entire slide as generated by Mindpeak Prostate H&E.
3. Review, correct, and adjust results using the integrated interactive viewer module.
4. Make a final analytic decision based on the reviewed output.
