Built as a complete replacement for the legacy KIWI Web Portal, it has been rebuilt from the ground up using the latest technologies and tools, delivering a modern experience for end users while offering significant improvements for IT departments. It is suited to laboratories seeking to improve customer retention and reduce the administrative burden on their staff.

The portal effectively transforms the laboratory database into the customer's own database, enabling clients to retrieve their data at any time, from any location, and from any device. With an optional Sample Submission Add-On, the platform also supports remote sample registration, streamlining the entire pre-analytical workflow for both the client and the laboratory.
