JADBio AutoML is a state-of-the-art automated Machine Learning Platform purpose-built for life scientists. It enables researchers to effortlessly extract knowledge and make new discoveries from publicly available datasets or their own study data — all without writing a single line of code. Available on the AWS Marketplace, JADBio is designed to bring advanced AI-driven analysis within reach of biologists, clinicians, and translational researchers who need actionable insights fast.
The platform is purpose-built for multi-omics and biomedical data, capable of parsing and analysing complex, high-dimensional datasets typical of life science research. Most analyses complete within a couple of hours, dramatically accelerating the path from raw data to discovery.
How JADBio AutoML Works
- Begin by preparing your study data — either processed and normalised by a bioinformatician or sourced from public data repositories.
- Upload the curated dataset to the JADBio application in a .csv or other delimited file format.
- Select the desired predictive outcome you wish to model.
- Allow the platform to automatically perform the full machine learning analysis pipeline.
- Review results, predictive models, biomarker signatures, and visualisations — typically within a couple of hours.
