InteleShare VNA
Cloud-based imaging archive with seamless EHR integration, universal data access, and automated lifecycle management for hospitals and health systems.
Overview
InteleShare VNA is a cloud-based vendor-neutral archive (VNA) platform from Intelerad, designed for hospitals, health systems, radiology practices, cardiology practices, and life sciences and academic research organizations. It goes beyond traditional data storage by integrating imaging across systems, centralizing patient data access, and supporting automation, quality control, and research workflows.
Intelerad's network manages 80 billion images worldwide, serving leading medical institutions. InteleShare VNA is purposefully designed to image-enable hospitals and health systems, integrating with EHR platforms including Epic MyChart, Cerner, and Athena's Patient Portal, with access available via QR code. The platform allows organizations to manage data through a single interface, classify data based on organizational needs, automate processes such as data normalization, and apply research tools including DICOM tags and anonymization.
Image Lifecycle Management
- Automates data archiving and deletion to optimize storage capacity across the enterprise.
- Ensures system readiness for new imaging studies by efficiently managing study image lifecycles.
Image Object Change Management
- Maintains data integrity by ensuring any changes to patient imaging data from PACS are automatically reflected in the VNA.
- Eliminates the need for manual input to keep imaging data consistent and updated.
Universal Data Access
- Provides access to patient data from a single point, regardless of imaging modality or study origin.
- Centralizes patient information to simplify data retrieval and support clinician and radiologist efficiency.
Second Opinion Portal
- Allows patients and referring physicians to securely upload cases for collaborative review.
Quality Control
- Supports specialized quality control workflows for both clinical and research use cases.
- Ensures study data undergoes rigorous accuracy and reliability checks before review and post-processing.
Custom Scripting
- Enables personalized automation and data analysis tailored to specific research or academic requirements.
- Supports custom imaging workflow configuration for precision and relevance in academic settings.
Imaging Repository
- Centralizes study data in a single access location for uploads and reviews.
